Excellence Endowment

The UMass Hockey Excellence Endowment was established to provide long-term financial stability and resources for the program, helping to ensure continued competitive excellence moving forward. The endowment assists with coaching resources, equipment, team travel, training facility enhancements, and overall program development. This endowment, made possible by the support of our alumni and community, helps sustain and enhance the success of the hockey program.

How The Endowment Works

Estimated Annual Investment Return

Available Annually to Fulfill Donor Intent

4% OR $40,000

Retained Annually to Grow Fund Principal

ANNUAL SUPPORT TO UMASS HOCKEY

Once funded, the Massachusetts Hockey Excellence Endowment provide automatic annual support, in perpetuity, to the hockey program in addition to the current investment being made by Massachusetts Athletics. The endowment will fund student-athlete nutrition, technology, out of region competitive opportunities, and mental performance programming.
